Copyright, Corrections and Takedown

How to report copyright concerns, errors, or personal information in a document or profile on FDA Intel, and how we handle each request.

1.How to reach us

FDA Intel is operated by Cortex Group. Send every report on this page to info@fdaintel.ai, with a link to the page or the document's ID (it appears in the page address after /d/). We review each report case by case and reply to the address you write from.

3.If your material was removed

If we removed material you provided or rely on and you believe that was a mistake, write to us with your contact details, the material and where it appeared, and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or misidentification. We may pass your message to the person who made the original report.

4.Errors and corrections

If a document is listed under the wrong firm, site, date or investigator, or a summary, profile or statistic is wrong, tell us what is wrong and, if you can, how you know. We correct errors we can verify. We do not change the text of an official record; where the record itself contains an error, we may add a note or link a correcting document if we have one.

5.Personal information in records

Documents and profiles can include the names of FDA investigators, employees of inspected firms and other people as they appear in official records. If you are named and want us to correct, review, redact or remove information about you, write to info@fdaintel.ai and tell us which page or document and why. We weigh your request against the purpose of the record and the interest in transparency about regulatory oversight, and we tell you the outcome. Our Privacy Policy explains your wider rights.

6.What we do with a report

We may keep, correct, annotate, redact, restrict or remove material, and we may ask for more information before deciding. We may close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe others' rights. Removing or changing a document does not affect licences already granted to customers who bought it, except where the law requires otherwise.

Please make sure your report is accurate. Knowingly false reports may expose you to liability, and we may ignore reports that are clearly abusive.
